Lucero's very own siky smooth low fat guacamole made with yogurt, avocados, serrano peppers, cilantro, and asparagus. The guacamole goes very well with our homemade three salsa (not pictured) or served with our ceviche taquitos or pastelillos.

Papa con Bacalao al Escabeche
Potato and Cod Fish with escabeche vinaigrette. In Puerto Rico and Cuba the Escabeche is a vinaigrette made with viniger, garlic, bay leaves, oregano, onions, and red peppers. The escabeche cooks until all the ingredients create a vinaigrette with a slight sweet and sour punch.
